"Bobby did an excellent job diagnosing a heat pump that was not completely heating our cabin. He checked out my thermostat wiring (because I indicated I might have wired it wrong), the heating element, and the actual heat pump. It turned out the heat pump had leaked a bunch of coolant. He added more and found the source of the leak and repaired it. The nice thing is he only charged $170 for this which was a fraction of what most other companies would have charged. As a result, they will be getting my business when I replace the entire 10 year old system in a few years."
